The Cottage

All the accommodation is on the first floor of the cottage, including the guests' breakfast room.

Claremont Cottage is ideal for the longer term corporate guests as well as short stay guests.

Each room at Claremont Cottage is individually designed and furnished, with en-suite facilities.

Claremont Cottage is approached via its own private lane, in a very peaceful situation, with off road parking, and stands in a typical country cottage garden for you to enjoy.

Claremont Cottage is situated in a secluded location within Rose Hill, one of the best areas of Dorking, whilst being just under 10 minutes' walk to the centre of town with its many restaurants, bars, theatre, cinema and sports facilities. Double Bedroom

Dorking is ideally placed approximately midway between London and the South Coast, and nestles at the foot of two famous beauty spots, Box Hill and Leith Hill. It also offers easy access to London, Gatwick Airport, and the M25, and has excellent train services and many other attractions, including it's famous street of antique shops, a thriving vineyard, and beautiful countryside.

The area is also a ramblers' or serious walkers' paradise, being close to the North Downs / Pilgrims Way and other walks in the surrounding Surrey hills. There are many other places of interest including National Trust houses and gardens within easy reach
