Rates

At Claremont Cottage, we offer two double rooms, and one extra spacious twin bedded room. Each room has it's own private en-suite facilities, with all rooms having walk-in showers, and one room also having a roll-top bath

All rooms are individually designed and furnished, and have digital t.v., tea/coffee making facilities, and comfortable seating.

Room rates are fully inclusive of a buffet breakfast* :-

Single occupancy en-suite	£65.00 per room per night
Double room en-suite	£80.00 to £90.00 per room per night
Twin room en-suite	£90.00 per room per night

* Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements, and we will do our utmost to try to cater for your needs.

We are unable to accept credit/debit cards
Booking deposit will be required

No pets

Cancellation Policy:

We do not overbook. Once you have booked a room with us, it will definitely be reserved for you. Hence, should you wish to cancel at a later date, we will need to charge you the full price for the number of days you have booked, unless, we can re-let the room on your behalf. If we are able to do that you will get a full refund for each day of your reservation that we are able to re-let.

As we are generally quite busy, there is a good chance of us being able to do so.
